The hotel was very clean upon entering & smelled nice, Definitely like the vibe & the energy. The staff was very welcoming and respectful. Very attentive to each of the guests as they moved about the lobby, from either entering the hotel for check in, or coming back from an outing, or coming down from thier room to go to the bar, or to just sit & relax in the lobby & enjoying the other amenities the lobby offered. Concierge: Very respectful, well spoken, professional, attentive, informative. As well as accommodating to the guest as they check them. Checking did not take long at all very quick process. I stayed in the Queen's Superior Room/w Balcony, it was ABSOLUTELY beautiful!!! The cleanliness of the room was perfection, smelled very nice upon entering!!! The bathroom was CLEAN to perfection. Thats one of the first things i check in my room whenever i stay at a hotel. The Balcony overlooked the pool area which is very beautiful at night. As well as the view of city at night it was very beautiful!!! My Husband & I found it to be very romantic & private which was great, Our floor was nice & quiet ♥️. As we woke up that morning, there was a small poblem that arised & once we brought it to the morning staffs attention it was QUICKLY & EFFICIENTLY resolved without hesitation. Fine. comfortable bed. Clean room. Arrived @ 9:30 PM and left at 7:30 AM, so no knowledge of surrounding area, etc. Some street noise (sirens) on Mass. Ave. NW overnight. Bathroom a little dated, but clean.
