Mediocre

The staff was friendly, & very accommodating when requesting more towels. However, When dropping our luggage off before checking in, we were told even if our room was ready we would have to pay an additional fee in order to get in early which I did not think was very tasteful. Our room was freezing cold and we could not get the thermostat to work so either had to have it on and cold or completely turn it off. We were unable to get the TV to work properly as well, so I had to stream from our phone. Therefore it was simple mediocre at best.

The room was clean but the rug needed to be cleaned as it had stains. The bathroom did not have hand towels or wash clothes. You have to use a bath towel to wash which is an inconvenience and to much work. The towels are thin and not long. No complementary toiletries. No microwave, refrigerator, cups or ice buckets.

Room was clean, staff was nice, only thing didn’t like is we got charged a fee for it being a resort when none of the stuff was open upstairs why am I getting charged a fee for stuff that’s not open. There weren’t any washcloths in the room. I had to buy washcloths. no tray for ice. We need ice. We only had 2 cups in our room.

I was assigned to a room where none of the outlets worked nor the TV. I was reassigned rooms, where things worked but the hotel doesn’t provide washcloths. This is something nice to know before check-in.
