The hotel was OK, clean, well appointed room, breakfast included. A couple of problems though: One, the wi-fi never worked. We had three phones with us and none of them could connect to the hotel wifi. The front desk essentially blamed our phones and was of no help. Moreover the room had minimal cell reception so our connectivity was very limited. Two, even though we asked at check-in if we can leave our valet parked car a few hours after check-out and were said "sure", at check out this became an issue. To their credit, the front desk person gave as a free late check out so the problem was resolved.

I liked the area, and the room was a great size. Breakfast was included and tasty. The valet staff and the ladies that checked us out were great. The night front desk staff however; was not very friendly, professional, or welcoming.... he definitely made bad first impression. Despite that overall our stay was really good. One funny/strange thing is this hotel is touted as very family friendly and they did not have a 24 hr. kids channel or movies to purchase to entertain young guests. Nick Jr. or Disney or PBS kids would be a welcome addition to your channels.
