The hotel itself is really good, nice location, easy access, and close to bunch of attractions and good restaurants. I had two issues, hence the lower ration: 1- Called front desk several times from outside to ask checkout time, no one picked up the phone. Called 4 times. 2- Sheets were not clean. There was a stain on my sheet that I had to clean myself and the bedding didn’t smell clean. It made a bad impression

Very niiice spot! Nice location! Clean! Up to date! Great staff! Only down side is the parking cost, but there are plenty cheaper garages all around it. Definitely will stay here again.

We arrived the night of our check-in after a 6 hour drive to wait 45 mins at the front while they figured out where to put us since they said they were sold out of 2 bed rooms. I pre paid the reservation for a 2-bed room and they said they only had rooms with 1 bed available. Their excuse was that they had our room but it was ‘broken’. In the end they put is in a neighboring hotel that we had to check out of the next day to check back into the Hyatt to finally get our room. After going out for the day we returned to no valet service (the valet guy was gone) and the front desk guy had 12 people waiting in line to check in so he couldn’t valet the cars for another hour, we spent 1 hour waiting for the damn valet because we couldn’t drop the keys off since our car was parked illegally, although they tried to tell us to leave the key- i demanded a ticket since what they were asking was absurd- to leave my illegally parked car unwatched. I’ve stayed at many hyatts and have never had these issues, would never come back - the front desk guy “Rich” had an attitude the whole time, opposite of welcoming.

Dining options of outside offer a variety. I Would recommend parking using the ParkMobile app instead of valet or the parking garage. Netflix would not work on the TV in front desk told us they could not help because they were the only person at the desk at the moment. Bedding was thin and view was of another building. Pool was heated so that’s a plus!
