Cramped and impersonal

The room was clean and modern, but quite small and cramped for two people. The front desk staff was helpful, but there was no phone in the room to call the staff. The iPad FAQ was incomplete and some answers were inaccurate. Overall it felt a bit impersonal and unwelcoming.

I had my doubts because of the automated check in and the room was on the small size but there was staff to help at check in and the room was actually super comfortable. We slept well and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend!

Cabin was very small but also exactly as described and pictured, failed to realize the room was 'cabin-size". Only a tiny bit larger than a cruise ship cabin. Would have been great for just me but was getting cramped after 2 days with my wife. Lime scooters all around nearby and St. Dominic's cathedral/church is almost directly across the street which we stopped by each morning.
