For Business trip

The hotel overall was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. There was an incident in the elevator- it just stopped halfway through for about 1minute. But then started again which was super scary. Other than that my only regret is not doing my research- the room I had had no real view and it's not a family oriented hotel. It's more so for someone just passing through for business.

The place was really nice, rooms are clean and the staff is so friendly. The restaurant on site is really nice (Corella Cafe and Lounge), I went to dinner there and our waiter Bianca was just fabulous- customer service was excellent. I would for sure stay here again!

There's just something a little off. It has a nice restaurant and bar. But their people need to recognize how to acknowledge when something is broken and not fight the customer. I had to argue with 2 different people that the ice machine wasn't working and was told "It does but you just have to know how to work it the right way." When I laughed and told someone to come and show me, he came up and put the glass in front of the sensor where it in fact did not dispense ice.
