The toilet seat was soft close and it kept closing when I was using it! The restaurant closed in January but there was still information about it in the compendium.

Carpet and chair upholstery were dirty. Someone’s lip stick tube was in side of couch cushion. Large hole in wall with only spackel... can of flying bug spray 😳 door couldn’t be locked from inside and found a spider in the bed. Not a good night sleep!!! Yuk. Paid over $170 for all this!

I deeply apologize that you did not enjoy your stay and that you found the carpet and upholstery dirty - did you bring this to the attention of the Receptionist - she may have been able to reallocate you to another room. I must also apologize for the spider in the bed - housekeeping should have seen it when they changed the sheets unless it crawled in the bed after the room had been serviced. It surprised me when you said that the door could not be locked from the inside. We put new locking mechanisms in the doors of all rooms recently and they should automatically lock when closing the door. Kind Regards
