Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel & Suites is absolutely delightful. Between the pool and the putt putt, my 9 year old grandson would have been happy at the hotel the whole time and skipped Colonial Williamsburg. We had 2 king suites and the best part - the bedroom is separate, has it's own door and you are away from people making all kinds of noise in the hallways getting home late from social events! Ditto the mornings, you are away from the clods banging on their cousins door and shouting "wake up! we're leaving"! The lobby is very spacious and charming, plus very comfortable; a nice place to have coffee or relax.

I have stayed at the Woodlands for the last 4 years for my mother's birthday. This year they scaled back their breakfast menu to cereal from dog chutes, cheap waffles, and stale bagels. Which is sad because they previously had the best hotel hot breakfast in Williamsburg. Now it's disgusting. Add $20 a night and bring back the hot breakfast. Just because the foundation has run away the tourists doesn't mean the breakfast has to be the worst just to save a few pennies so the VP's can keep their quarter million-dollar salaries.

Whenever our family visits Colonial Williamsburg, we always stay at the Woodlands. The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We throughly enjoy our stay at the Woodlands.

Staff is very friendly and place is clean, however, our room was very damp and musty. Even our clothes got damp and wouldn’t dry. Also, cell coverage is bad in that area and the WiFi wasn’t any better. We were in the third floor, don’t know if WiFi would have been better on lower floors or not. Breakfast is better than most, but not as good as it was at this hotel pre-covid. The room was cleaned daily which was very nice. Housekeeping did a great job.

Williamsburg Woodlands is a wonderful facility. It is clean, the rooms are spacious and very well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and clean. The front desk was great and very receptive.. If there is one suggestion, I would give them, it would be to improve their Wi-Fi systems. There seems to be poor connection with the call phone services as well.. It made Internet services very slow and frustrating.. they could also perhaps work with the township to improve cell phone services better in the whole city..

Clean room, safe property, amazing staff, yummy continental breakfast with gluten free options and lots of parking. Rooms were a little bit outdated but comfortable and clean. Was in town for 3 days and two nights for Parents Weekend at William & Mary. Will definitely be staying here in the future. Only 6 minutes to campus.

There is just not enough words to say about the Lodge. From the greeters atvthe front door to the front desk, breakfast staff, dinner staff, bartenders, and can't forget housekeeping. Sure wonderful people, it's like a family atmosphere, a home away from home. I stayed many places, everyone was genuine, don't think there's a place out there to top the Lodge.
