I can’t say enough good about this place. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. They have free washer and dryers. They compliment you with detergent too. They also have everything you could need to cook in the kitchen including dishwasher soap. Everything was included. The price was so good. It was not the best weather and it was a short trip for us to enjoy the other amenities, but I would make this my regular Williamsburg stay every single time.

The unit we had was great, nice and clean. Only down fall was the jacuzzi tub, could not enjoy it because the hot water ran out before the tub could fill up pass the jets. Was a very nice property.

I was really disappointed about the cleanliness of the unit. Not only did we arrive to a dirty room but the room smelled like mold and weed throughout the stay. We had to check out a day early because of the smell. We were traveling with two toddlers and my pregnant wife.

The experience was extremely disappointing. This is not a resort, yet they are charging resort fees for what are essentially just apartments. I requested towels three times and even updated the reception, but no one ever provided them. To make matters worse, I received a call from a staff member promoting their resort services, which felt unprofessional given my current situation. I strongly urge Expedia to reconsider this listing and process a refund for my stay.

I booked the room with the idea, to get the full experience with all the amenities however the room unpleasant, dirty dishes in the cabinets and items such as the jucczi tub didn't work. I would like a partial refund as I was unhappy with stay.

Soon as I got in the room I check everything to see if anything is not in working order. I went to take a hot shower and the water was cold didn’t get warm at all. I went to wash my hands in the master bedroom bathroom and the water didn’t even turn on.

The staff was courteous and helpful. I have never seen a resort where a common entrance door can be deadbolted. This caused several issues where I ended up moving to a new unit. However, it happened again at the new unit. I believe it was a staff person but i am not sure. Let me be clear, I would understand if the door was propped open because someone was loading or unloading. However that was not the case here. For my safety, I will not stay here again. I would suggest the resort change the deadbolt feature on the common door.

The room was cleaning and the beds were really comfortable. The one thing that I was really looking forward to was the Jetta but it did not miss a beat. So relaxing, so worth it. The only thing I disliked was out of the 600 properties they put me at the beginning of the property. Every car and vehicle I could hear from outside my patio. I wish I had been more in the back with some more privacy. Other than that it was a good time
