It's felt like a home away from home. I did the online check in so I had minimal interactions with staff and getting set up took 3 minutes since front desk attendant took care of my booking. All I did was collect my the keys.The room was as advertised. I adhere to all the rules so nothing was a bother for me. The my children enjoyed the indoor pool. Our 2 bdr condo w/sofa sleeper was great, super spacious, plenty of seating, lrg dining room table seats 6, a very comfortable set up overall!!! No stove/oven but for extended stays n in room cooking there's an electric fry pan, a 2-burner electric cook top, blender, coffee maker w/ 2 coffee packs, toaster, pots n pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, silverware, dish towels/sponge, paper towels, a dishwasher, laundry/dish/washer soap n salt n pepper. There were 2 very large bathrooms, corner jet tub in the master w/a double stand up shower n tub/shower in the other, very generous supply of towels, TP, n starter hair n soap products . Washer n dryer for laundry. Each room had a tv w/ cable n dvd in living room(small dvd selection free at the front desk, nice touch for a rainy day). The online check-in by text/email was very convenient, only took seconds to grab the key cards after a long drive n full day at Busch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we requested sofa bedding late at night n it was happily delivered within 10 mins. Specifically, 2 staff members in the rear lobby were very knowledgeable of the area, dining, shopping etc. Plenty of parking per unit, property well maintained, large indoor salt H2O pool n hot tub w/lg seasonal outdoor pools. Play area for littles. Gameroom is terrible. Great location, 5-20mins at most to all attractions, food, shopping etc. Really enjoyed our stay n would recommend n return, very welcoming, hassle free property!!!

Friendly and helpful check-in; communications beforehand were also detailed and good to have. The 2-bedroom suite was amazing! Ample space, the kitchen was well-stocked. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the gas fireplace, so information on that would've been helpful. We only stayed one night, but it would've been great for a many-night stay.

Our unit was immaculate.The grounds of the resort were well taken care of. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and tennis/vbasketball court. The outdoor pool looked great but weather did not permit us to use it. There were kids/teens out late at the tennis courts causing a great deal of noise. It was 12:30 am. We did call the front desk after a bit of time and I’m assuming they took care of it as we stopped hearing anything shortly after. The unit below us had a dog and they would leave it behind when out. The dog barked the whole time they were gone and they left the TV on very loud volume. In the future I will request to stay in a unit where pets are not allowed. We were not bothered with any type of sales pitches or phone calls for time share options.

This property if perfect for soccer weekends. We love the location and having a family style place to stay in between games. We love the two beds and bathroom. We also like having a kitchen. Cons: It is a little dated and the sofa bed is not the best. You can feel the springs.

Back door was left open, leaves on the carpet. The shower curtain was missing in one of the bathrooms and the light over the jacuzzi tub kept flickering. Overall older/dated units, but good for the price. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. Also, we had VIP checkout at noon, went to breakfast and when we got back the keys had cut off and we couldn’t get into our rooms. Had to return to the clubhouse to reactivate out cards.

Vacation Villiage is clearly struggling with managing the property from a cleaning standpoint. Communication between the front desk and the house keeping staff seems to be nonexistent. We had to move accommodations 4 times after checking in due to severe uncleanliness. The first 2 rooms we were assigned had moldy toilets and smelled awful. After that, the front desk told us they were moving us to a room they were sure would be clean. However, the 3rd room was a complete mess. There were dirty dishes, soiled towels, trash bags, and clutter everywhere. The beds weren't made, and the unit clearly hadn't been cleaned. The 4th unit they moved us to did appear to be clean, finally, but the furniture was turned over and all over the place. At that point, we had been trying to get into a clean room for hours and it was almost 11pm, so we just re-adjusted the furniture ourselves and went to bed. We had come into town for an athletic event and, the next day, my daughter was exhausted going into competition instead of being well rested because of being kept up so late trying to get situated in a clean room. The front desk workers were calm, apologetic, and kind and tried their best to get us settled. However, we were essentially sent driving all across the property from dirty room to dirty room because they didn't know which units were clean. Beyond that, the units themselves (and I saw multiple) looked worn and in need of upkeep. Definitely will not stay here again.

Full kitchen, two full bedrooms and bathrooms with tubs, a balcony, and a fire place all for the price of a regular hotel. Indoor pool and hot tub was awesome.

We had a nice stay. However, when we entered the house, every kitchen cabinet was open. Every light was on, and all of the dishes were sitting on the counter. My son also found a vape under the bed in one of the bedrooms. Aside from that we had a nice stay
