We used to always stay at this facility but after this last stay we will not be back. There was bugs and the room smelled like old animal urine. This place used to be pretty clean and was a great deal for the amount you spend. The staff in the office was friendly and nice though.
There was multiple roaches we saw and the gnats were bad too.

The room was disgusting. Killed multiple roaches. The floor, bathroom, bedding, walls and surface areas were filthy. It wasn't one half clean- this was long time neglect. There was a dead wasp covered in hair and not sure what else in the middle of the floor. Mold all over bathroom. The shower curtain was mildewed and the bathtub and mat were nasty dirty. Did not eat breakfast because nothing was individually wrapped and afraid too after the condition of the room. Would have checked out immediately, but unable to do so. Message from "management " was stock answer that they would check into things, however, after reading multiple reviews- this has been an ongoing issue for quute a while. Fake 10/10 reviews to keep a "good" rating. Code enforcement should inspect this place. I have multiple pictures to corroborate my review. 1 niggt refunded, but they refused the other.

The vending and the ice machine they did not work and did not look like they worked in years. We had to go next-door to the other hotel and get ice so make sure you bring ice and something to drink. The bathroom needs repairs to the shower.

The bathroom had no doorknob. The bathtub had no plug. There was visible dirt everywhere. Comforter had black stains. There was a hole in the drywall. Overall, just glad we weren't murdered.

Example: The sink was filthy. I SINCERELY thought somebody poured a 1/4 bottle of oregano into the sink. Cleary ZERO cleaning occured in the sink. Also had small holes in the wall.. kind of the size of nails but a little bigger but definitely not from missing pictures. I'm a single guy, low maintenance, but this was definitely below average... and I've previously slept in my car so I dont have a high bar. Another example is ice machine didnt work. Looked like it wasnt even plugged in. I'm switching to different hotel for next several days.

Literally sleep in your car

To whom it may concern, we booked this trip because it was recommended by hotels.com I have never ever seen a room in worse condition. The curtain was broken, the sink was broken, the ceiling was falling apart, the bed had BLOOD ON THE BLANKET, and a yellow stain! We tried to call to complain but the phone is also broken! This place was a disaster to the point we were calling around trying to find somewhere else to stay. This is ridiculous and the smell was atrocious. I would like a partial refund for this room. I am very disappointed in our stay here! This is ridiculous.
