Family stay with 3 suites.

Hotel was lovely. The suites are amazing. Nice small kitchen but needs better utensil assortment. Corkscrew. Bottle opener. Electric kettles. Etc. the only negative is that the bathrooms have these high sided bowls. Looks pretty but not practical for children or shorter people. Staff were awesome. Pool area is amazing. No breakfast offered was also a bummer.
Bowl sink is not good for kids and short people.

Hockey camp 2025

Love this hotel, a bit out of town but skip the dishes delivers there. The rooms are large and very well appointed, we had a two story room with 2 bathrooms a great splurge. The pool is wonderful. They do have a restaurant but did not eat there. And next to waterslides so great if traveling with kids.

Apparently I was to get some wine as my VIP offer and did not. I had no idea on this until I was asked to review. Staff are nice here but new owners do not give them any pull to change a room to one's liking on a proper comfort level. Was so darn loud around me with some selfish other guests letting their kids do whatever and stomp around all the time. And it was way less than full and apparently there is only one pet friendly room! My dog is cleaner and quieter than 65% of the guests of the world out there! To charge for him is a money grab! You want quiet guests like me in a quiet area and on the top floor! I even washed the dishes (see pic) as I always do and am a respectful one. I did not like this stay as it was so unsettling all the way up to 9 pm but was worried overnight as well on early am noise! I called a cpl times too on it and nothing done to help. To add...tv channels just basic and very limited! Internet was almost slowest I have ever experienced so I was stuck watching very limited tv! Keep this in mind! Just wanted peace and quiet etc and was a big FAIL! $305 pd too! WHY!

Property has a stunning view of Swan Lake and the courtyard is beautifully landscaped with a pool. Nice and quiet. Units are great for a family or friend getaway.

The rooms are clean and have a good feel to them. Unfortunately we were supposed to be upgraded to a higher level room due to our Expedia status, but this didn’t happen due to the rooms all being booked. As a result the room we were given had noisy guests above us and a balcony that was right on top of the parked cars so no privacy for the lake view and very dusty and noisy. A couple of small adjustments could make the stay better-blackout blinds for the bedroom windows, and a mattress that is more medium than so firm. On the plus side-the location is close to town, the rooms are large and well appointed and clean.
