Had to move us to another room because the tub was clogged which was a smaller room. Took their sweet time refunding my deposit. There was green algae around the hot tub and pool. Really didn't like that there are rooms overlooking the pool and hot tub.

Not the best but will give it another try.

I was in a room that was non smoking. I could smell the smoke as soon as I walked into the room. It wasn't strong but it was there. There was a huge ugly stain on the carpet which I assumed was from a dog. I did not take my shoes off. There was all the toiletries. I could not reach the top of the curtains to shut them so asked for help which did not come. I stood on a chair but I am a short person so had difficulty shutting the curtains. I had to move the microwave from the mini fridge to the counter to plug it in. The one lamp does not work. I could not see a plug in near it. I am not strong enough to move the bed to find it. The beds were way to hard for me. I did not sleep well for the 3 nights I was there. They were full as it is a weekend so I did not check to see if I could be moved. When I went to the front desk to ask for an extension cord due to lack of plug ins they found me one very quickly. They supplied me with paper utensils for my room meals which I forgot to pack-so that was great. I liked that the common room had reclining chairs! The hot tub does not have a strong water flow. Its like bubbles. The night staff was great.

No stir sticks to stir your tea . We were put into a room right next to a lady that lives there and has mental illness and screamed all night . Yes we got moved but it was inconvenient and the hotel should not be renting out that room as it’s very disturbing . All kinds of amenities were stated but everything was closed . They should have given me some form of a discount . I went to front desk to let them know what was happening and it was not taken care of then I phoned the front desk twice and no one picked up . Feel that they lied to us fully knowing the situation

Although reviews said many rooms were updated we got the 1970’s room, which was clean & big, although very dated. None of the restaurants or anything was open, except the pool.

This is an older Westin/Holiday Inn type hotel that appears a little tired but obviously is being renovated. It is still very comfortable and is nicely appointed. Excellent in-room AC. Front desk service was very professional Best of all, the price was well under $100 for a one night stay! I'll be back for sure. Garth

The lobby area was nice, staff was friendly, but that was it. But after a long drive I wanted to soak in the hot tub that wasn't working and there was green mold growing around the pool on the concrete ewww!. Also there was carpet in the room that were stained pretty bad and could use a removal. Definitely needs an upgrade, not what the pictures online showed. Don't always trust pictures.
