Loved the tropical feel with are the plants. The gardens and river were absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The only minor issue was the pool was cool. All the staff were friendly from the front desk check in to the friendly housekeepers.

The room was old and dated. The bed squeaked whenever there was a slight movement. The bathroom door didn’t fit properly and you have to slam to the door for it to close all the way. And pull it very hard to get it open again. The room needs some work. The view… not great.

This hotel was a great choice. The rooms were large and clean. The bed was comfy and the linens were good quality. The amenities in the hotel are great - 2 restaurants, a pool and hot tub and a great attrium.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The lobby is nice but beyond that, the hotel is aged and dirty. It’s very humid, and the AC was not working in 2/3 rooms of the rooms we had booked with our family. The toilet was not working in one of them. It was very noisy due to the rooms facing the atrium. The river they advertise is a dirty slew. We had dinner at the restaurant and the service was beyond poor. It took 35 minutes to get our drinks because the service staff was just sitting around. It took hours for our whole family to get their dinners. I would never come back to this hotel.
