The staff was great and very accommodating. The hot tub was outside and working great. The pool was closed for the season because it’s also outside. Sauna takes awhile to heat up I never could get it working so maybe try that before you go into the hot tub. The heater/fan/a/c unit was obnoxiously loud in the room and right beside the bed. I asked to be moved it was so bad but she said they’re like that in every room. They need to oil the fan or something it was really hard to sleep through. Bed is super comfy and had 4 huge king sized pillows with decent linens. The room was really fun, brightly decorated with a lot of cute little touches and funkiness. It is right across from the lake which is amazing for kelowna. But that also means it’s right downtown and there’s a lot of homeless/crime/sketchiness around so I definitely felt a little uneasy having my vehicle right off the street. It was -20 when I was there and the room stayed warm though. Just didn’t get a chance to explore much.
