Paid Parking is an issue. I know of a Hotel located near you & they have Free Parking. I have Stayed at a lot of Hotels in the Kelowna Area that also have Free Parking. I used to Drive Tour Buses for 20 Years throughout Western Canada & Western USA. I have Stayed at Your Hotels in Kamloops, Vernon, Golden, Smithers, Prince Rupert & Prince George, Radium Hot Springs & PARKING WAS FREE. Why is your Kelowna Hotel the Exception?

Our room with a queen bed was clean, spacious and quiet, despite the property being on a major traffic route. Hotel is right across from a large city park with a new dog run.

Room was comfortable. Room description showed a sofa but we did not have one in our room. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel, and it is also an easy walk to Prospera Place from the hotel, The only time we needed our car was to visit a couple of wineries, otherwise you can park your car and walk wherever you need to go

It was a tad loud with children running and screaming up and down the hallway as well as our coffee and toilet paper were not replenished and our keys didn't work on 2 occasions. In saying that i do like staying at the hotel. Staff is pleasant and location is great!!
