The place was clean, comfortable and an excellent location with the exception that it’s located on a major highway so the traffic is very loud. They have ear plugs by the bedside tables. Barring that it’s across the street from the waterfront, city park and beach. Two minute walk to Bernard street with tons of restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is well located to restaurants and the lake etc. it is a nice lobby and the room was clean and renovated. The pool and hot tub were not so desirable. They both looked very cloudy. They need to be cleaned especially the tiles in the hot tub. The floors in the pool area were dirty and needed to be mopped. This was the same in the main hallways as well. We stayed two days and it was never cleaned. Disappointing as it is a nice hotel otherwise.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Neighbourhood is a bit sketchy. Road noise is signficant (they do provide ear plugs which is a nice touch).

We looked out onto highway 97 which is quite busy and noisy. Windows did an ok job reducing noise. Pool was pretty green.

Hotel with large rooms, large shower, clean, no smell in the room or in the hallway as in other places. Great location across the park and the beach. I would rate it as Excellent, I think it was under rated as only Good when I looked it up. Great experience, will stay there next time in Kelowna.

Pool was slimy and green, our room had a bad odor, garbage all over parkade, chaud on balcony stained and dirty. The staff was lovely though. We cancelled the rest of our stay though and moved to a different hotel. Only stayed one night because we paid. Although location is great, I wouldn’t recommend.
