Reservation listed a king bed with a pullout bed, but learned at check-in that we did not actually have the pullout. Only some suites have pullouts. Other than that inconvenience, the property was perfect for the event we were attending.

This place is ok. We wanted somewhere with a pool. The pool was nice and they have poolside rooms. We rented a block of poolside rooms so it was easy to get our other rooms. The onaite restaurant is expensive and not very good. Staff at the restaurant were rude when we had to send food back.

The property is obviously an older hotel and is being kept up as best as business will allow. Things like shower curtain rods disconnected from wall on one end, lighting switches being mislabeled, and locks to rooms being difficult to function. The final negative is the restaurant is now a Boss Pizza. The restaurant is easily the biggest negative to this place - food is ok, staff is not. Long waits for food and staff is inattentive. The Pluses for this location are the hotel staff - friendly and very helpful. The beds were some of the best I have experienced in travels. Bottom Line is if you are looking for a Best Western - this isn't it. It is an expensive Motel 6 or Super 8 to give best comparison.
