We go there quite often me and my children always have a good time the staff is very professional very helpful and everything is clean there the rooms are nice and we just love going there we go there at least three four times a year

Renter beware!!
We checked in and got a pool view suite for our family and 2 kids. Got to our room and it had no power at all and was dirty. We sat in the room for a hour in the dark waiting to see what they were going to do. Finally they changed our room to the corner. No pool view only a pole view. Asked for some reimbursement and the lady laughed at us. $380 for a dirt room no pool view and horrible service. Will not stay at this play ever again renters beware !!!!!

Front desk staff was extremely rude to client in front of me because he booked through a third party and not directly through them. I stood in line waiting for at least 15 minutes while another front desk worker worried more about answering the phone, talking with other workers about her day, and going on break. The motel itself is average.

Im going to loose my 25 dollar extra deposit, that we aren't told about, however, the room i booked wasn't even close to the room i was given. The restaurant was closed not told about that. Got charged for the pool area even though they asked if I wanted it and i said no. The only good thing is we were close to the Denny. Very disappointing
