When we got there the person on staff was not very friendly (nor on checkout) and barely said anything to us. I had to ask for a new room because the bed was broken in the first one we were put in as well as it was completely dirty. Hair on floor and toilet. Bathroom floor was dirty. I was a little surprised because while I understand this is a low value place, the reviews were decent and I have never had to switch rooms. While the second room was not perfect, it was definitely better. The beds were pretty comfy. The breakfast basically just waffles. Nothing to write home about.

I was excited to get the room of our choice, that was nice. When I got into the building to check in the front desk woman was kind of rude and she just kinda dismissed me and spoke very little. We walked into building to head to the room and we're smacked in the face with a strong chemical smell and when we walked into the hallway, we noticed plastic on the carpet in the hallway and there was painters tape covering everything. We went into the room and noticed our Jacuzzi tub had hair in the tub and the carpet on the left side of the bed was soaked. We got over it and then we heard laughing and talking in the hallway and after we got ready to go out for the night we had to go back and double check the door because it didn't shut all the way and there were painters in the hallway. The next morning around 10, I was in the shower and heard a knock at the door and when we walked out to see who it was, there was no one there. Talk about weird. I wasn't expecting 5star service but I was hoping the stay would have been a little better.
