Property connected to airport & very convenient. However, several disappointing things happenned during our overnite stay. Flight arrived 845PM. Asked ahead of arrival for breakfast options & we're given none. Staff that greeted us were curt & uninformed about breakfast options for those with dietary restrictions. Ultimately we were unable to utilize the included breakfast. Room phone & sunshade were broken. Hotel /Expedia charges ridiculous amenities fee for an unknown reason. Perhaps because they have an exercise room, which we didn't intend to use. There was dirt & dust around the desk & frig. Frig was not cool & there were no instructions on how to remedy that. One member of our party was ill with a migraine headache. We asked ahead for a quiet room. We were placed opposite the airport gates & shocked awake by jet engines revving early morning & the smell of jet fuel. Check out is 11 AM. We asked for a late check out & we're told they charge $20, however if we exited prior to 1145 AM they would not charge us. We presented to check out at the front desk at 1135 AM. The late fee & receipt had already been billed to our card on file. The front desk check out staff was incredibly rude & dismissive, walking away when we kindly inquired about the extra charge we'd been assured wouldn't be assessed for only staying less than 45 min. past check out. We were treated like second class b/c we booked 3rd party. Only kindness shown was the night staff who provided us salt packets

A little pricey, but good

Convenience is the big plus and the reason I stayed. The staff is very nice and competent, the rooms and other facilities are clean and well maintained. The breakfast offerings are not healthy, I found the climate control (heat) confusing so struggled with trial and error until I called the front desk and the attendant there helped me immediately. I think it is expensive for the size of room and amenities, but I would pay it again because of the convenience.

I have not been able to receive a total bill. When asked for final bill was told it would have to come from Expedia. Property and stay was very satisfactory, my disapproval is with Expedia.

Have stayed here twice now and will continue to stay when flying. Rooms are clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The convenience of being able to walk from the hotel to the airport without having to go out in freezing temps is awesome, I wish other airports would do this!!
