Restored in June 2019, bright basement, with all the comforts and appliances. 15 minutes from Piazza S. Marco and a few steps from the beach. The windows overlook a garden, away from the noise and the typical crowd of Venice. Wonderful stay in a great property!
We loved our stay in this unit. It felt fresh and newly renovated, had all the appliances we needed and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were also fantastic with great communication, clear instructions and immediate responses to any needs we had during our stay. The location is perfect for catching the ferry to Venice, Burano, Murano, wherever you want to visit. Coming back after a day of sight-seeing to this peaceful neighborhood was the perfect way to end the day. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to visit Venice.

Casa cómoda y propietarios disponibles
La casa se encuentra en el Lido, una isla de Venecia, pero permite llegar a la plaza de San Marco en unos 20 minutos. Está completamente equipada, limpia y cómoda. Los propietarios, Emanuela y Angelo, están siempre disponibles para cualquier duda o necesidad.
Quizá el precio sea demasiado alto, pero el Lido es muy caro en cualquier caso.

The perfect way to experience Venice
A five minute walk to the ferry that takes you to Venice and all of the other islands. It is just beautiful. Also, within walking distance from the apartment is the beach at Venice, which was also a great time. Lots of local restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. Very comfortable apartment.
