Overall the location was great, staff were very helpful as well. The bedroom we had was very dark, dark painted walls and there weren't enough lights in the room. Bathroom was spacious but again too dark and not enough lights.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel, it’s location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and shops. We took a private taxi boat (150€-160€) from the train station that dropped us off a few steps away from the hotel (about a minute walk). The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good too. The only downside was the size of the rooms are very small is practically just enough room for the bed and early in the morning it can be quite noisy.

The Riva del Vin Boutique Hotel was wonderfully quaint and full of charm. Its location was excellent - just a short walk from many of Venice’s most popular tourist attractions. Being in such a touristy area, the streets become extremely crowded from around 11:00/12:00 until 21:00/22:00 during the high season. Our room was cosy, and breakfast was included each morning from 07:15 to 10:15 (Rafaella was exceptional!). The only real drawback was the noise - something we had anticipated given the hotel’s location on the canal, where music, conversation, and the occasional shouting could be heard from early morning until late at night. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and overall, we enjoyed a very pleasant stay.

Staff at the hotel are wonderful and went out of their way to help with everything from directions, restaurant recommendations to booking water taxis. They even walked us for he taxi pickup location when we left. Breakfast was really nice. Great location on the grand canal but still quiet enough in our rooms. Always felt safe.

Enjoyed our stay here. I loved that it was near the Rialto Bridge and their balconies have an amazing view. The hotel was quiet and very clean. Loved our room. Very comfortable and spacious. Cheap and not so cheerful

Walked in to bedroom to find someone else’s bag in the room. We were told we needed to give a credit card number for any damage, yet the shower tray was already on the floor, so room was damaged to start with. Our small room was at the top of the stairs, and this meant lots of noise from other guests and also hotel staff, also lots of noise from outside the hotel with the local restaurant music lasting well into the night. Breakfast is worth skipping, no telling how long the food is left out for, and the environment it is kept in does not fill me with confidence of cleanliness, two bedrooms on the second floor are actually located in the ‘restaurant’ so guests are checking out/leaving their bedroom whilst you eat. Location was convenient and suited our short city break.
