The hotel is well situated - just off the Grand Canal near the Rialto Bridge. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff is wonderful and very helpful for booking water taxis and giving lots of information for area. Excellent breakfast and added bonus - breakfast room overlooking Grand Canal. Also a sitting, waiting room is on third floor overlooking canal. We were able to use that area after our checkout time and while waiting for water taxi to airport.

It was a stressful trip to Venice but when we got to the hotel and checked in she was very helpful with dinner options which turned out to be fabulous. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the breakfast included was way above our expectations!! Great location right off the canal where water taxis were located and Silvia (?) not only ordered our water taxi but had our luggage taken to the taxi as well, highly recommend this hotel!!!

Perfect location close to a well known landmark which made finding it really easy No roof top terrace which was the reason for booking in the first place but there is a living room on the 3rd floor overlooking the grand canal
