Awesome location AND Service

The staff was absolutely awesome! The hotel is very well located to the train station - five minute walk across the bridge. Room had plenty of towels, the area was surprisingly quiet, and the bed was firm but comfortable. Breakfast was a very nice spread with many choices. I also took the offered trip to Murano and the glass gallery they take you to is outstanding! All in all, a great hotel with just phenomenal staff!

Superbly located across the Grand Canal from the Santa Luzia railway station and close to dozens of restaurants. Easily walkable to many attractions and ferries available to farther ones. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property and the location is great! Right across from the train station, across from the vaporetto and 15 min walking to San Marco square/Doge’s Palace. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices and having a nightcap outside at the tables in front of the gondolas was great people-watching!

Awesome hotel with a great location and service. Right on the Grand Canal across train station and under 10 min walk to the bus station/taxi. Take Line 1 Vaporetto all the way to San Marks square, explore and walk back to the hotel (20 min) to get an amazing experience.

The staff, from management to cleaners are alk so friendly and helpful, they cannot do enough for you. The rooms are clean. The hotel is well kept and very well located to the train and bus stations. It was our first visit to Venice and i would stay again and highly recommend.
