Lovely property. Well maintained. Very, very small storage for clothing so living out of your bags. Everything else - tea, coffee, fridge appreciated. Nice location as it is at the corner of 2 canals.

Nice room in good location. No on site staff. There were a couple things we requested that we weren’t able to get like extra pillow and linens. It turns out there was an area where these were stocked at the location but we weren’t told that when we made our request. Overall good but sometimes the little things make a stay good stay even better
The small blue pillow is what we were provided when we requested extra pillow a day after the request was made.

This property operates entirely through the Numa app, making check-in and check-out quick and simple. Our room was very spacious with beautiful canal views, and the location couldn’t be better—just steps from St. Mark’s Square, the Basilica, and countless restaurants and shops, making it the perfect base for exploring Venice on foot.

Comfy bed. Great air conditioning. Elevator worked great. Location on canal was amazing. We would open our canal side window and hear the gondoliers as they passed by on the canal. Close to St Mark’s square. Water in fridge is amazing. Laundry machine is convenient.

the hotel is close to everything, 3 minute walk to St. Marks Square, close to the Alilalguna boat dock, lots of restaurants and shops with a very short walk. The room was small although that's a European thing I believe, but offered a fridge, safe and coffee/tea maker and water. There is a washer/dryer and ironing room which is all free of charge. It is a virtual check in and virtual communication so if you aren't tech savvy it might be a concern. They were prompt in answering any questions I had and also fast for help needed. My only criticism is the bathroom, it is painfully small, a large person would never fit in there, I am 5' 2' and when I sat on the toilet and leaned forward my head hit the wall, and if you bend to use the sink your behind hits the door and your head hits the shelf.The shower head should be changed from a rain shower to a proper head, you can not wash without being covered in water as there is no room to move away from the shower head and trying to wash the shampoo out of your hair takes forever. If you turned it on full force you had to turn it off mid-shower as it would over flow. There is a bidet in there as well which should be removed as it takes up too much space that is not there to give... We liked everything else about the hotel but I wouldn't return because of the bathroom until it was re-vamped...

This hotel was great! There’s no front desk so they send you all of the instructions ahead of time, which made things very easy. The hotel was a little hard to find because it’s in a small courtyard but because of that, it was pretty quiet. Also, we had a gorgeous canal view, which was awesome. The room was very clean, they give you free cartons of water, and we were able to do laundry in their washer and dryer, which was so helpful (they provide washing pods too)! The one thing we didn’t like is that they had luggage storage but it was only 4 lockers (2 small and 2 large) and when we checked out, there was only 1 available. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Venice!

I appreciated the option to store my luggage before I was able to check in. Although I must say I was a little lucky to get one of the four lockers since I timed it perfectly with someone who was just leaving. Otherwise I would have had to seek one of the alternative "partners" which would not have been as convenient. Property was very clean and spacious. My only regret is that we only stayed one night.

Excellent location. Clean and great service. I only knocked the facilities from 5 to 4 stars because the air conditioner leaked water onto the kitchen cabinets. That said, when I reported it, they were quick to send someone over. I would definitely recommend this place.
