Overall, it was a good stay. My only feedback is there's no proper endorsement from the person who checked us in and the person who gave us our hotel keys (our room was not ready when we checked in bit we needed to leave the hotel to go somewhere and came back late that day).

I made a reservation late on Friday night for myself and my pup for two nights. I called to make sure that would be all right before booking the room. The agent said all the pet-friendly rooms were booked, but she’d figure something out for me, for which I was grateful. When I showed up, the desk agent was a different one than the one I’d spoken to on the phone and he was not very friendly (and was extremely slow). The room I was given was a disability accessible room on the second floor. This room was extremely dirty: the accessible shower had a fold-down seat that was covered in black mold at the bottom. There was all manner of debris under edge of the bedskirt (there isn’t even a space under the bed, so no excuse to not have cleaned there). Tons of dust and dirt and food debris from past guests under the bedside table. Nothing at this property looked the way it is displayed on the website, and I felt very disappointed at the rate I’d paid for the shabby room I was given. I didn’t complain because I knew there was nothing they’d be able to do for me (all the usual pet-friendly rooms were taken), and as an Expedia booker I knew they’d make excuses about how they can’t issue refunds (and I needed the room), but just to let other potential guests know: most of the staff throughout my stay were lovely and friendly, but the property is in desperate need of some love, and cleanliness is seriously lacking. If you have options, I recommend avoiding this one.

Not much in the way of soundproofing. Expect to hear everyone in the hallways as well as any traffic passing by even on the top floor as I was. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable enough. The woman who checked me in was amazing. Very personable, kind, and held great conversation. She should be recognized for her above and beyond efforts.
