Breakfast buffet often empty and devoid of food. Happened on multiple days. They don’t refill after 9 despite breakfast closing at 9:30am. They say sorry. Stingy move to save a few yogurts, eggs and sausage.

Friendly staff, a complete and free breakfast (a rarity in Vancouver), and free parking. The rooms are a little dated, the complimentary toiletries are very heavily perfumed, and cleanliness is passable but not stellar.

For starters when we got there the room smelt like mold, the fridge leaked so water was on floor, when we told them they gave us some spray to hide smell and wiped up water. We asked to change rooms said they were full! There was mold in the air conditioner/heat. So I asked for my $$ back to go somewhere else but there was no where in the area that had a room so they said they’d give us a good discount for the 2nd night. When we checked out it was a different person nothing on file so I believe she gave us 10$ off. This hotel is old and not taken care of very well.

The breakfast included was good because there were 3 warm food available and a waffle machine. The room is adequate. But there was a cockroach baby by the sink which means there is a pest infestation happening in the building somewhere which I hope will be doubt with soon as other guests may freaked out. Thank you.
