Fairmont Chateau Laurier
Classic Ottawa hotel - centrally located - looks a bit dated (please replace the carpets ... they are worn out) . Try the drip coffee in the Cafe Laurier - it's excellent. Security staff should turn off their radios when they are walking down room hallways - especially at 8 in the morning.
