The room was very nice and clean. Love the kitchenette and was able to prepare my kids meal. Everything was thought of and available. The only thing I miss was a pool because my kids love swimming. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable experience.

The layout is a bit confusing and the rooms are rather dated but I won’t stay anywhere else in Ottawa again. The location is perfect, walkable to just about anything you’d wanna do in Ottawa. The staff was all wonderful. One of the best provided breakfasts I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Highly recommend!
