The property itself might be a little outdate but it is a great place to stay. It has a great variety of amenities in the room and the hotel in general. All the people if really friend and happy for you to be there. We didn't have a single complaint or felt it was missing a thing. Breakfast is great, with hot/cold options and plenty not to be waiting in line for the food to be ready. Location is great a couple of blocks away from Parliament hill, but next to many restaurants and bars. Area felt very safe. We drove in and parked indoor in their basement. Bed was comfy, and room was very big, with plenty of room. Room was equipped with all sort of needs and extras such as air-purifier, make-up lamp, computer and printer, stove, fridge, etc. They also have washer and dryer in property (and I believe free of charge). I would happily book with them again.

Clean room and area, please please update the computers in the rooms from windows 7 to 11. Windows 7 is so unusable and not secure. Breakfast was really good. House keeping staff that I spoke to were really pleasant. Front desk staff was also great. The bar attached to the hotel has good food and drinks. The area has many bars and places to eat

Breakfast offered extra items, portage and toppings, fresh fruit, toast, muffins, etc. Bonus: take a bun on the run and some fruit. Older hotel, with a few updates over the years, and a few surprises. we had a suite with iron, board, steamer, computer at the desk with a printer. choose of indoor / outdoor parking. lots of great eating and fun around the corner. Staff is great!
