The breakfast is good and the check-in is very efficient. The air conditioner/heater temperature fluctuates a lot and the blanket is too thick when the air-con temperature rises. I didn’t sleep well because of that. The bedroom light broke down on my second day of stay. Staff are nice and helpful, especially the breakfast room staff.

Having lived in Ottawa for many years, I am very familiar with the area. Returning for work-related purposes, I wanted something close to the downtown area, at a reasonable rate. The Business Inn provided that. Upon arrival, I was informed that my room had been upgraded, and that I'd be quite pleased with the result, and was I ever!!! I received a very large suite. The breakfast selection was awesome, and allowed to pack n go. I had things to munch on all day! Service was amazing throughout. On the flip side, I arrived during a very cold and snowy week, and was required to park outdoors for the same cost as indoor parking. Also, the building is quite old, and the carpets and structure reflect this. All in all, I had a great experience and will definitely consider the Business Inn for future trips.

The room was clean. Only had staff come in once and actually left our room open. No handicapped parking and parking is around the block. Full access to kitchen is nice and room overall is great.

The room had everything i needed, brand name soaps/shampoo, etc. Breakfast was great with lots of selection! They even provided snack bags to go with a bottle of water, cookies, a granola bar, and a mint. They also had cold hard boiled eggs, cheese, yogurt and juice to take as well! I will definitely stay here again!!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed's mattress was soft and made sharing a double bed uncomfortable - next time, we'll splurge on a queen bed. Twice we were woken up with a very loud single ring on the hotel phone system. We think it was from the next-door phone. I'm not sure what can be done, other than improving the sound barriers in the walls.

Balcony door took two people to pull open, there was mould growing in the shower in the caulking between tiles Staff was amazing and consistently kind and even fun, bed was clean fresh and comfy, breakfast items though limited were very tasty, lower vending machine prices were very appreciated
