The staff are amazing

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Our experience was outstanding. From arrival to departure the whole experience was great and all of the staff were so helpful, smiley and friendly. It would be wrong to single out any individual staff member but Laura on reception did go above and beyond to help us resolve an issue regarding an item we had left at our previous hotel. This hotel is ideally located for restaurants, shops and visiting all the historic sites. We used Uber a lot however more for convenience for getting to the museums etc. The hotel rooms were big, ours was more like an apartment. Each room includes a small kitchenette with a fridge. Yes the rooms are dated but we felt it added to the hotels charm. Everywhere in the hotel was clean. The laundry room was a definite plus to freshen everything up mid journey too. Breakfast was basic but plentiful, the hotel uses disposable plates and utensils. This hotel was an example of how easy things should be for guests when travelling. We felt quite sad to leave it behind. Thank you to all the staff, you are doing a fantastic job and we couldn't thank you enough.

The room was incredibly functional. It even had a steam machine to get rid of wrinkles in the room. The front desk was incredibly helpful and printed out some colored papers for me that I needed for my conference, great location, great staff, and a very comfortable room that had everything I could imagine meeting I will definitely stay there in the future

I liked most of the things. Didn't care for the egg-bacon sandwich for the breakfast. The fruits were difficult to eat; they should be cut. Individually wrapped cutleries - is that a better alternative for the environment? I am not sure. (Most people were not using the compost bin properly.) I ended up with a room with windows facing a wall next door. I should have been given a choice to move on my 2nd or 3rd day after I requested it. Otherwise, it's an excellent hotel for the price, I thought.
