Best check-in ever. I didn’t get his name, but the clerk was super friendly and I got upgraded to a fabulous suite. We were very happy with everything. Breakfast was way better than a typical hotel breakfast.

Excellent stay in Ottawa

Stayed in huge room with 2 massive beds and plenty room including small kitchen. Very clean with good included breakfast and something more hotels should have cupboards in hall where can help yourself to extra towels and other essentials. Parked on site where have both surface and underground parking (payable per night). Easy walk to city centre and 10 minute walk to light rail station where took train to Ottawa Titans game. No complaints and decent value for money for location in a capital city. Ottawa itself exceeded our expectations.

A king size bed, a kitchen with the ability to cook and store food. A proper dining table with big screen tv and a walk in closet? For the money, this was fantastic. Enjoyed my stay. I wish I was in Ottawa longer so I could enjoy more of the amenities. When I come back to Ottawa I will stay here!
