The room was super clean and had lots of extras like a white noise machine, full size ironing board and an air purifier. There was a completely stocked kitchen too but we didn't stay long enough to use it. It was very quiet and comfortable. We were impressed with the breakfast buffet. There were so many food and beverage choices offered. There was literally something for everyone. The room rate was reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations and we will be repeat customers.

This is one of our favorite hotels in Ottawa, easy to move wherever you need to go in Ottawa, the breakfast is gorgeous, the room at first floor was a little bit noisy due a cars outside, but nothing to complaints the kitchen inside the suite is pretty handy to prepare some meals and computer and printer if you need it.100% recommend!!

Charming hotel with Agatha Christie novel vibe. Amazing location, easy to reach downtown, walk to Rideau Canal, etc., even the Airport is not too far away either by Transit or Uber/Taxi. Very friendly and attentive staff, free breakfast and laundry. Can't fault the place really.

This a great place to stay. Love how spacious, comfortable and clean the rooms are. Most hotels I bring my own pillow. However the business inn they are perfect. Feels like being at home. Highly recommend to stay here.

It’s a dated property but it is a great value and the service is fantastic!!’ The breakfast has pre made to go options if you are in a hurry. These people actually care. Who does that now days. I am a fan of this establishment. Highly recommend. It’s not new. It’s not very fancy but my room was 750sqft.

Great room, great price. Indoor parking is convenient. Location good, many restaurants close. There was a fire alarm test before 9AM, it should have been scheduled later, it is obvious some of the guests might be still sleeping at that time.

What a sweet surprise! Great stay for a weekend to watch the hockey game. Location was amazing. It’s close to restaurants/pubs within walking distance. The canal/Rigaud Center are about 7 mins away by car. Cheap parking lot on the main street which was ten bucks for the day. Mall parking was about 6$/hour. The breakfast was included and it was plentiful with a lot of choices, even take out bags with water and Dad’s cookies/granola bar. There was a lot of variety to choose from, as well as juice, chocolate milk and even a Nespresso coffee machine. The room was clean and had a small kitchen with all the necessities. They have indoor/outdoor parking at an extra cost but well worth it. You can even get extra towels/toiletries if needed. If seeing the hockey game, I highly recommend grabbing the bus at The Leutenant’s Pump which is right around the corner and a skip away. It was a no hassle way to get to and from the arena. Cost 15$ a person and you can get the tickets online. No brainer to not deal with traffic. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I even got 10$ off for not using housekeeping the first day, just mention it. Obviously the hotel does not have updated rooms/décore but it’s very clean and they have updated some things. I will definitely stay here again. It was a safe, not overly priced place to stay.

Clean and comfy rooms , awesome staff , well equipped , only complaint was the smell of pot in our hallway and in the elevator , was overwhelming at times. The early check in was a blessing , thank you.
