Boutique Hotels in Uvero Alto

We had a truly horrific stay at Finest Punta Cana. My husband got an extreme case of food poisoning that led to him having sepsis. After calling the front desk and others at guest services for 2 1/2 hours, we finally got care from the on-site Doctor Who was only able to check his temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate. They ultimately sent my husband to a hospital, nearly an hour away, claiming that they were the best in the region and spoke English. He was supposed to only get fluids and return that night and will ultimately have spent at least two nights there requiring us to rebook flights at a significant expense on top of the near $5000 hospital bill. We met several other families who were dealing with illnesses many of whom were suspecting it was from the food and across the board the hotel was a little support. I could not recommend against this place any further.

They exceeded my expectations on every level. The check in was quick and smooth, I used the online check in, so all they had to do was give me my keys and then they took us to our room. We had a junior suite swim out and it was outstanding, the roomnwas very clean, in good condition, and the AC worked sometimes to good. The food was excellent at every restaurant, our favorite was the steak house, Mexican and surprisingly the sports bar!! The best bar to get a drink was Cielo, they had the 2 nicest bartenders, Carmen and Erika, they also made the best Bahama mammas at the resort. The beach was absolutely beautiful and there was plenty of loungers, and service on the beach was very good, and was always around. This place is a great place to stay, its very chill and relaxing!!!
