Close to airport and Disney.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Disneyland and the airport. We stayed here during the last leg of our trip. The heated pool is not heated at all, it’s freezing despite being reported at 21c, felt like 2c. The breakfast selection was excellent. The rooms were cleaned regularly however there were parts of the room that need fixing up like the bathroom floor tiles/grout which were turning black. There were regular shuttle buses to the MTR and airport. A few restaurants and a bakery opposite the hotel. There’s also a laundrette opposite the hotel which costs £8 a load (washing and drying).

They went above and beyond, we arrived well before check in after an over night flight, they gave us access to kids play room, change room with showers, pool and sauna. We had great coffee and fresh fruit for the kids in the cafe in the lobby. Room and facilities were all clean. Bed comfy and hotel was quite enabling a great sleep before early flight the next day. Airport shuttle service was very convenient. Plenty of food options but we did room service which was also above expectations. Great stay!
