The hotel has a convenient shuttle to Tung Chung for food and shopping The lobby was quite busy when we arrived because a lot of cabin crew arrived at the same time. But the staff handled it well. The lobby and common areas was slightly dated but the room was spacious and nice.

The lobby is beautiful. The room is average. Cleanliness is acceptable. Breakfast is varied. The free shuttle to the airport and to the metro station is very convenient and a big plus. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast arrangement. At the time of booking, breakfast was included for only two people, even though we stayed as a family of four with two children. We stayed for two nights, but due to an early departure, we left before breakfast on the second morning. We asked not to pay extra for the children’s breakfast on the first morning, since we would not be there to use the breakfast on the second day at all. The receptionist insisted on full payment, so we had to pay an additional 2 x 170 HKD for the children. I found this approach very inflexible and disappointing.
