There were over 30 groups of people waiting to be checked in with only 3 staff- so slow. Last time I stayed there the rooms were so cod as there is no heating. Management contacted me after my review and suggested that I ask for extra blankets and a heater. This stay I requested both when I checked in and I was told to fold the very thin comforter in half.

Smooth and easy, we came in at midnight and the staff were excellent. 5 minutes after we arrived we were in our room with breakfast ordered. The room was spacious with a desk and a couch. Right at the airport so 2 minute walk.

EXCELLENT BUT ONE PROBLEM TOOK ME 2 HOURS GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME SHUT OFF A LIGHTand 3 hours to get someone's to show me a thermostate it was 60f in there for 3 hours. Only Chanelle who checked me in understand me but she went home when i discovered issues!
