Stay for 1 night because fir early fly. Connect with arrival floor. Didnt try the pool and restaurants cant comments. But reception staff was very friendly and understanding my request. Lobby look clean and refurbished. The only complaints is found hair in bath tub mat. And mold in ceiling corner from my room. Rooms need updating

This is a hotel in its dying stages. It's in a poor condition and its only saving grace is that you can walk directly into the airport. The rest is just crumbling. It is, at best, a 2 start hotel with a shiny entrance. Really poor value.

Convenient, but could use some updates. The room was dated, I couldn’t shut off the AC.. my room was 61 degrees no matter what I did. The shower broke and I woke up early to get breakfast before my flight because the restaurant has a sign that says it starts at 6 am. They watched me standing outside for 10 minutes and then came by and said that they don’t open until 6:30. The China Grill had good food but not great service.

For a good place to stay while entering or leaving the HK Airport, this hotel is great. Do I think it is inexpensive? NO, but it’s really a great hotel to relax at. Clean rooms, friendly/helpful staff, very accommodating, big breakfast buffet with omelet station, 2 pools, sauna, and steamroom. Restaurants on the ground floor. Taxis and busses into the city (45 minute journey) just outside the hotel and airport. Busses are cheap. Theres a spa on the premises which is very nice. My wife said it is 😂. They’ve got a really nice exercise room too with all you need, if you’re like me, to just stay fat. We stay at this hotel when passing in or out of HK. We have consistently been more than satisfied with everything.
