The female that served us on Saturday 15 November 2025 at 6:30pm was rude, unfriendly and was annoyed when I asked about accessing wifipassword. She needs an attitude check by management. If she hates her job, stay unemployed and don’t work in hospitality. Bathroom tub was disgusting, black residue all inside the tub and it blocks when shower is on. I only stayed for 4 hours due to my stop over. The room was spacious. But dirty.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We rented the room for a long layover so we could sleep and shower. Unfortunately, the bed was as hard as a rock (hurt our back and hips so we didn’t get any sleep) and the shower drain was clogged and the tub filled during our shower within minutes. We didn’t have time to wait due for it to be fixed due to the layover so overall it was pretty frustrating to rent a room just to sleep and shower and to not get to do either.

You pay for the location. It's 4 minutes walk from HK airport. Suitable if you have late or early flight to catch and you need a rest. Not recommended for long stay as it lacks personal and warm welcome from hotel staff like a normal hotel. We went to the restaurant inside the hotel lobby and was told to wait for 2 minutes for them to clear a table for us. After waiting for more than 5 minutes, another staff came to tell us that we had to come back in an hour as they are full. Outrageous!

A staff was not courteous. She gave me the wrong room for me to come down again with my luggage and asked for another one . She refused to accommodate my reservation though I explained to her . Checking in at 1AM after 14 hours in the plane I believe the priority should be accommodating the client as soon as they can and not make them feel unvalued. Might not book again because just because of the unfriendly experience

This hotel is extremely convenient for the airport. I stayed here on a 24 hour layover in Hong Kong, and I loved the fact that it's connected to the airport, which was much desired after a 13 hour flight. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I didn't try the food, as I went back in to the airport to grab dinner and breakfast. Would recommend and stay here again!
