No staff in reception at all FOR WEEKS apparently! I had to find another hotel to stay for the first evening since no phone numbers were answered! Extremely difficult to contact. Filthy pool. Useless new management, who live thousands of kilometers away. Great cleaners.

Quiet room number 10 . Room was comfortable and clean . Hotel is dated but it was adequate for a few days . Only issue cleaning staff not helpful missed our room completely and then when asked the next day to ensure it was done she was quite unhelpful and not friendly at all .

We had a lovely stay at this motel. Susie was wonderful and nothing was a problem. We had the twin room downstairs and it was perfect for us. The two queen beds were so comfortable and we slept like babies. The wi-fi was great, parking was right outside our door, plates, cups, bowls and cutlery came in handy, even a chopping board. The bath towels were large and fluffy. We will definitely be staying again soon. The Rail Trail was just a short walk across the road. An easy walk into town. Loved our stay.

Conveniently located close to main road which made getting around easy. Fresh towels provided daily but otherwise, room was not cleaned each day. A little noisy with other guests arriving home later at night. Clean and updated rooms.
