The views were absolutely amazing and the food was to die for (especially all the staff and the chef at the Jasmine + special shout out to the guy that made the mushroom at Porto Fino. Our room was clean and gorgeous. We had the best concierge Benigno, who showed us around and made sure we always had all we needed. Will definitely be returning!

Staff were super friendly ( Estephania ( manager), Johnny ( activities ) Carlos ( rosewater restaurant) to name a few. Everyone was super friendly and ensured that we were properly taken care of. I didn’t feel like I was at a resort, I felt as if I was visiting my family. I was very sad to leave. God bless all of the staff for making our vacation/ stay a super memorable one !

We loved everything!! Swimming in the centoes was so fun. We also bike tour that was very nice. Can’t wait to book again. We had a swim out preferred room and absolutely loved it all.

I absolutely loved my stay at Secrets Tulum. The property was incredibly clean at all times throughout the day and night, the staff was beyond nice and accommodating, and the service was amazing. I would certainly recommend this resort!

Review of resort

Everything is exceptionally. One thing I would recommend is the ability to make pre reservations for dinner. Waitlisted is very inconvenient and not use of time. We had to wait 3 hours to get into the sushi and hamachi and ended up missing the show. Otherwise the resort and staff are perfect. Would highly recommend this resort. Dianna

I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband to celebrate my birthday. Overall, it was a nice stay — the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which we really appreciated. However, I do feel that the staff could benefit from additional training to be more welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the spa because the availability was very limited, which was disappointing. Also, the music throughout the hotel was very repetitive and didn’t create a welcoming atmosphere. The food on the other hand was amazing. Other than these points, it was an okay stay.
