Great for tourists, travel nurses, World Ag Expo exhibitors, families visiting the valley, or those wanting to explore all of California through day trips. We are located directly between San Francisco and Los Angeles, and at the base of both the Sequoia and Sierra National Parks. Visit sequoiashuttle.com for shuttle options into the park. Tulare is truly the heart of California.
Guest Access:
Guests have uninterrupted access to the entire house. However, we also live in Tulare, so we are available if need be.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood built in 2008. It is located close to the entrance of Highway 99, Mooney Blvd, and there is a Super Target, park, and several restaurants nearby (driving distance).
Getting Around:
The attached 3 car garage and large driveway should accommodate any vehicles you have. If you prefer a ride, Uber and Lyft are available. If you are visiting the Sequoias, check out sequoiashuttle.com. Shuttles run from 8am to 6:30pm (May through September).

Very clean, good management they refunded me when the hot tub had an issue with no problems and are replacing it. Great air conditioner which we needed since 110 degrees! Recommend it!
