Our room was very clean however it was very hot. The room did not have a thermostat or any good ventilation. There was no air conditioning so we had a very uncomfortable stay. We stayed in October so I can’t imagine staying in the Summer. The windows also only opened a small crack so they were not helping with the air flow.

Nice hotel, no elevator to second floor, so can be a loan if you have heavy luggage. I stay here at times cause it's close to office in North York but still off the beaten path so a trek to get to the core if you're walking

The guy working at reception was great, room was clean and a decent size and a decent price. Quite far from downtown but not a big deal if you know your way around transit. I’ll return in the future. Small bathroom but not a big deal either.

The location of the hotel is convenient. It's surrounded with shopping malls and dining places. The only thing I didn't like was the noise that came from the bathroom after flashing the toilet 😓. I liked the place and I would go back again.

Room was spotless, bathroom a little tight. No microwave but had a small fridge. The soaps and shampoo and lotion were very small. Perhaps an update with wall dispensers could be done. No full length mirror no makeup mirror. Quiet safe neighborhood. Hallway looked tired, perhaps that area can be updated and it would look better. Not sound proofed.

We had a wonderful stay. TTC a few steps away. Kitchenette was ideal. Separate bedroom area. Staff was very accommodating in providing extra pillows, extra water bottles and coffee pods. We will definitely stay here again!

MISREPRESENTED PROPERTY

MISREPRESENTED as a one story- no elevator - two stories- had to carry our stuff up TWO flights- Says premium cable TV but NO CABLE NO live stations at all!!! Roku TV old programs only. No hair dryer. Nothing to hold onto in tub- safety hazard! No closet. Dirty carpet. Makeshift hotel - owner/family seem to live there in first floor.

When you walk in you can smell the clean from the Pinsol The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient Foyer is bright and clean The room was ok Felt a bit like an “abc” motel walls are super thin and whoever was sleeping in room above us was moving furniture all night But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and clean Quick walk to where we needed to go so it worked out Very quiet neighborhood
