Upon arrival and check in I was asked for a credit card for deposit. I explained that I need to use my visa debit due to my credit card having been hacked and the new one not arrived as of yet. The desk staff was rude and said since i booked a suite with a jetted tub they dont normally take a debit deposit. After me saying i dont have any other option he told me hed make a one time exemption. Just rubbed me the wrong way, and then the suite had some not clean areas, hairs from others, including in the jacuzzi, why when he said the jacuzzi suites need more of a deposit. Overall wasnt super impressed of the cleanliness of the room and front desk staff were not very pleasant at all both at check in and check out.

We stayed at the Monte Carlo Inn & Suites for a week, our stay was fantastic. The staff were very accommodating and always friendly. Our room was gorgeous and the housekeeping staff were great. 10/10 would come again and recommend staying here if you don’t wanna be right down town but not too far from all the sights!

The most important thing is the room. It was clean and spacious, especially with the hot tub. The staff was professional right, but not friendly and nice. They do the minimum. The breakfast was not good. The cakes looked from a fw days ago and a lot of sugar. The breakfast big lady was horrible, she looked like she is angry every day. We had to leave because of a storm, but they declined our request to cancel the last night. Thank you fir the room. We like it.
