My bedsheets were not changed and the tub was not cleaned. The sheets had hair all over them when we arrived. There is carpet all around the bath tub which probably causes mold in the room (there was an odd smell when we first came into the room). They have good breakfast selection and lots of staff there. Front desk people seemed bored and reading off a script during check in and check out

General experience at Markham was satisfactory. 99% of staff interactions were conducted with professionalism. One man with glasses running the breakfast was snarky to me when I asked for help and rather rude to other guests as well. But all other staff members were very friendly. Breakfast options were very limited and not very good. I wish they had more high protein options included
