Was dissapointed that our booking & description included a buffet breakfast only to find out once we went to breakfast that it was a continental breakfast not a buffet as promoted

It is a shame you did not enjoy your complimentary continental breakfast. Your booking did include breakfast but no mention is made of a buffet breakfast. The majority of our guests appreciate and enjoy their complimentary breakfast when staying with us. We do hope to see you again soon.

Very Clean. Well kept and pretty Gardens. Friendly Staff. Lovely Big bathroom with double shower. Easy self serve continental breakfast area -well stocked. Very good price.

You book and pay for a room online then when you go there they ask for a $200 security bond (more than the rate of the room) if you pay in cash they say they will credit it you your card (takes 3 days). What a crock, other hotels & motels take details of your card and don't ask for a bond. When leaving and you ask for your bond back (paid in cash) they very reluctantly pay you. Will never use this motel again.

"It is clearly noted before you book "This hotel requires a credit card authorization of AUD 200 as a key deposit in order for guests to receive their key. It is quite unfortunate you have chosen not to read anything before clicking BOOK."

Well, the main thing you are not informed of when you book on line is: you pay the rate offered and the booking is made. But when you go and check in you are required to pay a $200 security bond. This I have never heard of when booking, the places I have booked and stayed at only take you credit card details so that if anything is used it is directly debited to your card. Was told by the manager that if you deposit cash you'll get it back when you check out but if you use a card it will take 3 days to be credited. If I had know this before booking I would not have booked a room would have gone some where else. No very happy.
