Wonderful staff. Did a great job with room service and were very attentive. Was the first time in Tokyo for me and this hotel was great. Very close to Shibuya Station and omotesando station, so you can get anywhere from there in a reasonable amount of time. Don't hesitate to book here if you're visiting tokyo

Staff wonderful, room clean, good distance from Shibuya station. Hot water plentiful and great toilet. Could use more conveniently placed power outlets and a brighter light or second light on the opposite side of the room.

The air conditioning didn’t work very well, but opening the window was effective at cooling down the room. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained in a good, quiet area of Shibuya but still close to the hub. Only small issue was having to carry the suitcases up the stairs as there isn’t a crossing nearby.

The hotel is absolutely adorable inside and out! Everyday my room was cleaned perfectly. The staff at the front desk were always so polite to me. The room I stayed in had such a cute aesthetic, I seriously wish I could have lived there.

Fabulous location, amazing friendly helpful staff. Good size room for Tokyo. Very clean. Brewed coffee in the morning was a kickstart to our day. We really appreciated the cold water at the end of the day. Fridge was a bonus. Lovely bathroom with quality toiletries. Loved the cat themes though out the hotel.
