Clean hotel very old and supper small i had the king deluxe booked but the bed was queen and shower is like portable kind of shower if your just staying over night solo it works otherwise its to tiny for more then 1 night

Nice boutique hotel short walking distance from Shibuya Crossing where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Walking distance from Shibuya Station where you can get train/subway transportation to just about everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful, hotel is clean, rooms are small but hotels in Tokyo have small rooms. Price was reasonable, especially for Tokyo. I would stay there again.

A good value option in Shibuya

A great location for Shibuya area and taking the metro for other places. The hotel is a bit outdated but has great service and some charm. It was perfect for our short trip as we spent most time walking the city.

Cute small hotel with retro vibes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a decent size for 2 people. It is very conveniently located near Shibuya train station, very accessible and lots of places to eat nearby.

One of the best hotel in Shibuya area.

Location is one of the best around Shibuya. Yes. The building is pretty old and the interior too, but every stuff in the room looks very clean and well-managed.

I really loved the service. The staff were really helpful and provided a bottle of water every time I checked back into the lobby. There was a very helpful staff that spoke good English and made it feel assuring. The luggage transfer was also very smooth just make sure to drop off your luggage the day before you leave.

Sakura Fleur was the perfect hotel for our first ever stay in Tokyo. It was perfectly located for easy access to shops and restaurants, busy also far enough away to be quiet in the evening. The hotel staff were kind, friendly, and spent extra time with us to ensure our luggage forwarding went smoothly. The rooms are exactly as described. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Tokyo

It was a bit outdated luked the fact that we were able to walk every where train station was excellent location. Didn't like the fact tha i was charged 30,000 yen for 15 minutes over my check out.and that we had to leave our keys eveytime we left felt a bit strange. But the location of the place is phenomenal
