he hotel staff were very friendly and helpful — any requests were quickly taken care of. The room was spacious, and in the twin room, we could easily open two large suitcases. The location was convenient, within walking distance to both Shibuya Station and Omotesando. Minor downside: the room was a little dim.

Very nice and accommodating staff, rooms were reasonably sized for Tokyo. Very cute atmosphere and free coffee in the mornings :) the area has a lot of stairs for crosswalks so bear that in mind, but otherwise a very close walk to Shibuya station and the scramble.

Good hotel for the price. Definitely has a fun theme. Hotel is not right on the shibuya crossing, but is within walking distance. Must walk up the stairs to the skybridge almost every time to go to shibuya crossing. Older hotel, but it was clean and well kept.

Don't listen to the reviews. The bad reviews had me fooled & almost made me change my reservation. The room was clean & possibly remodeled. I read some reviews that seemed very horrible. The walls, carpet, bed, bathroom, etc. was all clean. They give you clean robes, slippers, comb, razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, q-tips, etc. The room even had a luggage stand, blow dryer, coffee pot & mini fridge too. Front desk was very nice, provided us with 2 free bottle waters daily, let me use a phone charger the week that I was there & even let us keep our luggage locked up in the lobby for a few hours the day we checked out. Some reviews mentioned the old school key & thats true, but we use a key for our homes so I dont see the big deal.

Room was always cleaned up so well when we came back each night. Staff are kind and understanding. The location is very close to Shibuya Station and must-sees in the city. Air conditioning worked fine.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception is manned 24hrs. The location is great, so near the main shopping and eating area and great for the tube. There is free wi-fi and rooms are air conditioned.

Nice boutique hotel short walking distance from Shibuya Crossing where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Walking distance from Shibuya Station where you can get train/subway transportation to just about everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful, hotel is clean, rooms are small but hotels in Tokyo have small rooms. Price was reasonable, especially for Tokyo. I would stay there again.

A good value option in Shibuya

A great location for Shibuya area and taking the metro for other places. The hotel is a bit outdated but has great service and some charm. It was perfect for our short trip as we spent most time walking the city.

Nice boutique hotel

Cute small hotel with retro vibes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a decent size for 2 people. It is very conveniently located near Shibuya train station, very accessible and lots of places to eat nearby.
