All Staff were extremely helpful and well versed in English. Room was good sized for a couple, cleaned daily and amenities plentiful. Great food establishments right outside, with a 24-hour Lawson’s on 1st floor.

Room was different than what the images under our booking was showing and the entrance to the hotel was tough to find even with our taxi drivers. Rooms are definitely tinier and more worn out than the pictures but overall a nice stay due the great location.

Stayed here for my biz trip in Tokyo. There’s a free coffee machine at 1sr floor which is convenient. The facility is clean and comfortable, also the service is good. The only point that didn’t fit to me is that the pillows are too hard, others are good. :)

Property advertised as new property but more like a resurfacing. Lobby, elevator, and hallway seemed new but the rooms were not. The shower curtains for throughout the bathroom had mold and table area had a thick layer of dust. Pro was lawson was right next door and many restaurants close by

Fiquei 7 noites hospedado e, infelizmente, a pior parte da experiência foram os colchões. Eles eram muito velhos, dava para sentir as molas o tempo todo, o que tornou muito difícil descansar ou dormir bem. Meus colegas que estavam hospedados comigo também relataram o mesmo problema. Além disso, os travesseiros também eram velhos e desconfortáveis. Em uma hospedagem, a qualidade do colchão e dos travesseiros é algo essencial, e pelo valor pago eu realmente esperava muito mais conforto. A falta de descanso acabou prejudicando bastante a experiência geral.
