Great location
Location was very convenient. Very close to UENO station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. It was very quiet and safe. Will definitely stay here again.

extremely dusty
dust was on every flat surface, we started sneezing uncontrollably in the room. toilet was small even by Japan standards. limited space to put 2 luggage. luggage were apparently meant to be stored under the bed but there was a thick layer of dust there, no way we were keeping our stuff there. checked out as early as possible.
