For the location in centre of Ueno....FANTASTIC. Room great as wrre the staff. VERY congested with 40...50 pieces of luggage in the lobby over our 5 days which became problematic as it spills into the lift access area and entrance.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, new, and very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The room was well-designed and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The location is excellent, with easy access to JR stations, shops, and many great restaurants nearby. It was very convenient for exploring the city. The overall atmosphere was modern and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

It's a great hotel for the price. Felt clean and safe. Staff was very polite and helpful considering how busy the lobby could get. I admire their hardwork. Located in a very convient area near the action of Ueno and just a few minutes walk to two train stations (Ueno Station and Okachimachi Station), so you can get around the city easily. FYI, the streets near the hotel can be very busy and crowded at times so keep that in mind if things like that overwhelm you.

Nice location being close to Ueno Station, and Ameyokocho for evening food adventures. Couldn't control the heat, it was a little too warm and my skin got a little dry.
