When we arrived, the desk clerk gave our two queen beds room to someone else by mistake. The room she gave us was a king bedroom. First problem was the TV cable only received half the stations. The bathroom smelled like mold and the tile floor grout was disgusting with a black appearance. When checking out the clerk gave me a bill of $148 when it was $101. We had to get the manager and myself to correct the bill. Awful experience.

I am 52 years old . I have stayed in motels, hotels, condos, houses, & even canvas tents and I have never had a more restless sleep experience in my life. The bed was hard with springs poking up all around and the 4 pillows on the king size bed were literally 24" x 12" and 1" thick. They were smaller than any airline pillow I have ever seen. I took the couch cushions off of the couch and used them under the postage stamp sized pillows to have a little bit of comfort. For $150 per night I expected a little more comfort.

Our check in went fine, the room was comfortable. We arrived around 9:30pm and hard to find parking: Two hotels right next to each other, large trucks taking up multiple spaces. The breakfast and coffee were mediocre. We chose this hotel for price and pet friendly. We got what we paid for and would stay again.
