Great room, on the 1st floor near an exit, just as requested. Very clean and the included breakfast is nice as well. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so.

Much better than expected.stopped there on my way to Florida found clean rooms,attentive staff and a breakfast way above the usual toast and coffee you usually get at this type of establishment. Found no broken anything in my room and felt safe in my room. Will make it my regular stopping point from now on.

The room is substandard. A huge hot tub that does not work and takes up a lot of space in the room. There is no place to set our luggage on except the floor. No luggage rack. We asked to change rooms, but they said because we reserved on Expedia/third-party we can't do that. Next time we may not reserve on Expedia because we are so unhappy with this experience.
