There were unruly guests who viewed the hallway as a football practice field. Numerous noise complaints, staff did very little. Fire alarm was activated, highly unlikely it was a faulty system. Probably a pulled alarm!

The only staff member we encountered was the check in clerk. She was not rude but definitely not friendly either. The room was clean you can tell they try and keep things clean. The couch smelled very musty. This is a problem if you have allergies. The room needs to be updated. I expected much better based on the reviews.

I stayed here with my dog and it was perfect! The best part was the dog park, which was very quiet, but offered my dog a much needed opportunities to stretch his legs and play on some really fun equipment. Good breakfast comfortable bed really fluffy towels. My room was a little dated and the tub is definitely not new but everything was clean.
