The staff was great. Luke went out of his way to get us a cart at check out time. We appreciated that & know it's not the hotel's fault when guests keep carts in their rooms. The room was very clean. (The shower curtain was on backwards-we noticed because the tag was on the outside. Of course, that was not a big deal.) It would be nice to have a bath gel container, along with the shampoo & conditioner ones.

The hotel staff was friendly during check in. Hotel looked clean, we only stayed one night driving thru, however there were people all around us letting kids run crazy almost all night. Either the walls are thin or these people were all extra loud. Ask the hotel clerk if there was anything to do she said no, sorry! Around 1:00 I couldn’t take it so turned on the air do drown out the noise and the air conditioner squeaked so loud it was too much. Luckily it was a cooler night and didn’t need air.

Unfortunately I found the beds very uncomfortable and the pillows were very small and uncomfortable as well. They definitely did not have a pillow in the hotel to spare. However, most disappointing was that we were 3 people staying in a room with only 2 bath towels to use. Lots of fave cloths but only 2 large towels for 3 people. When asked for another at the front desk she just kept saying “we’re full”. Disappointing all around!

Came in from Florida for my first Iron Bowl so naturally most things are sold out as well as prices hiked which is to be expected. But I paid over $500 a night to stay in a construction zone. They gave NO warning that we would be on the first floor literally right next to the construction as they remodeled. I woke up to drills and banging so loud every morning and that was not even the worst part! We got stuck with COLD showers which was miserable. Upon checking out we had to walk through tarps that were hung up while they completely demolished all of the rooms and walls around us. There should have at least been some sort of warning.

We were traveling long distance, so we just needed a clean, safe place to stay with our dog. This property delivered just that. It's right off the highway, so easy access. It wasn't noisy necessarily, but we could hear a little bit of the road traffic. It wasn't an issue with our normal noise machine, so no overall complaints. Didn't stay for breakfast.
