I like to say the staff is amazing my check in was great only problem I had was my refrigerator was not working and the water in my room did not get hot it was very cold .. but I went downstairs to front desk told them my problem the immediately fixed it by switching me to another room what turned out to be perfect the staff there is amazing attitudes were very pleasant I definitely would stay again.

Overall - Fair Experience

The lobby was very nice, and the room was aesthetically well-designed. However, there was a strange odor in the room that was also noticeable in the hallway. The breakfast quality was disappointing, so we chose to skip it. The location was perfect. The staff was adequate but seemed quite busy, with one staff member managing the front desk while frequently on the phone.
