For an 8 night stay there was only a partial box of Kleenex and a partial roll of toilet paper, no extras. The privacy door lock was broken. There is something in the fridge covered in mold. Clearly the fridge has not been cleaned in a long time. The towels were torn and frayed, LONG overdue for replacement. My door key did not work THREE times. Disappointed

When I arrived, I found out that the restaurants were closed for a business party. This was very disappointing to not know in advance. Also, it says that there is a minibar in the room and there wasnt. The tv was not working and I couldnt reach the front desk because the employee was at the party.
