Staff were super helpful. Got us extra blankets for our kiddo who is always much colder than the rest of the family. The hotel has self service laundry which was great to be able to wash a few things while we were traveling to say space in luggage. Great pool and gym area with lots of options. We had a room with a kitchenette which was great for our family's needs.

I really enjoy going here but the heating system never allows for just heat it always includes fan air. Also PLEASE change the breakfast add new things. When I frequent here it’s the same chicken tinga, or dried out sausage. Maybe a mixed fruit bowl pre done, French toast, etc… otherwise 9/10 the housekeepers are sweet and helpful
