The lobby and the restaurants are excellent. The rooms need some work because of the antique furnitures. Overall it’s a beautiful hotel with historical background. Love it. Thank you to the staffs.

Beds are way too small. I had three people stay in our room: my wife and I and our adult son. My wife and I shared a “ twin” bed which was so small, we had a hard time sleeping. The meals downstairs however was excellent.

Very nice old and historical hotel in the heart of Manila. The room that we got shows worn out furnitures and cabinets and drawers. Table/countertop was dusty. It looks like the room has not been occupied nor serviced for weeks. Breakfast is over rated and still far away from buffet brunch you get in Las Vegas. However compared to other hotels we stayed during our travel to Philippines, it is still one of the best. Great staff as well except maybe some house keepers and maintenance workers who are not doing their job as shown in our room condition.
