Everyone including the security guards are so nice and polite. They have all known me since I've been staying in this suite for the last 9 years. The manager cares about the hotel clients. Manager and staff are always smiling that makes my day goes by quickly.

Love this Hotel. Close to Robinson Place Mall where there are many Restaurants to enjoy. Nice Pool and Gym and great staff. Walking distance to Rizal Park and Waterfront Park also.

All employees we encountered were very friendly. The front desk was very helpful and so were the doormen and the bellman. We arrived early and was allowed to check without a surcharge. The cafeteria staff were courteous as usual and our room was clean. There is hot and cold water in the units which i really appreciate. Over all it was a good stay.
