Lovely helpful staff, but seedy location.

The hotel itself was fair. For the price it was good. The area itself is very seedy unfortunately I would not feel safe walking around at night time. The room was large and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast selection was not the best unfortunately. Best for a large group to stay at this hotel and not couples.

Enjoyed my stay at this great little hotel in older interesting part of Manila.Staff is top notch, very helpful and so friendly. Very calm and quiet despite being near main roads. Also very safe and near Robinson mall, which is full of great places to eat and shop. I will be back (but Manila is sooo chaos....but fun).

Great location if you are visiting Intramuros, Fort Santiago, and the nearby museums and park. The room was spacious however, the AC was a bit loud. Nearby area has many options or food and shopping.

Very close to Robinson mall. Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, attentive staff and close to transport if needed. Area is a bit iffy as the street is not very clean. There are homeless people nearby but this is the norm all over Manila and not a concern at this place - just something to be aware of.

Do not use there airport pick up cheaper options

This could have had 4 stars but I do not like hotel who take advantage of guest request a hotel pick up they said it would cost 2000 peso at airport private care 1200 peso I got grab for only 300 peso

A very good hotel in a great location near Robinsons mall, very clean room and friendly staff with a good attitude. We were in room 907, our cleaner did a great job. We loved the bonus buffet breakfast on Xmas morning, especially the home made longanissa, thank you to Felix in the restaurant who was very helpful and friendly and also Dana in reservations for helping with our booking requests. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Manila. I hope we can come back again soon.
