While the room and bathroom were clean, e could not get hot water for a shower or to wash in the sink. A knob was missing in the wall in the tub area. One bed was kind of lumpy felt like a bar running across the middle. We haven't had these issues in the past.

It took 40 min to get a room. We were first sent to a room that didn’t exist where we were told to go. After walking back with two elderly people, we secured another room that was a drive to get to. It’s not accommodating for elderly at all. And it wasn’t properly shoveled.

Lovely hotel. The outside maintenance puts forth a bad impression. Trash that has obviously been there for days. Potholes. Messy entrance off the road. Oarking is actight squeeze. The interior was impeccable. I did not like having only Chinese cuisine available for Sunday brunch. The bar was lovely and cozy.
