Paid $400 per night for rooms that resemble a motel 6. Rooms were dirty somebody else’s hair everywhere in the bathroom, dirty makeup mirror with smeared lip stick and who knows what else from previous guest. food is terrible And extreamly over priced. they charge you for every little thing possible. A beer is $15 there was no music at the pool just stale atmosphere definitely not a vibe. Valet parking attendants are a bunch of younge kids who literally skerted off in our car spinning the wheels out with no consideration. They don’t even had you the keys for you to leave they just throw them in the car and leave the doors open for whoever to just walk up and get in it. Very unprofessional Bartender just complained the whole time about having no help like she hated her job and killed the mood to the point we left we was here for a good time not your Negitive energy. Bar is infested with bees. Flaying around your face and drinks. Honestly save yourself and choose a different place to stay because this was sooo not worth it. Very disappointed in the stay. Not to mention the $25 they give you for food don’t really cover anything because there taxing so much you still have to pay.

The hotel was in a good location but had the feel of a "party" hotel where you would stay before leaving on a cruise. There was a DJ Saturday by the pool. It was unexpected. The hotel is in need of renovation and is "worn". Amazing views, spacious rooms I am surprised however this is a Hilton.

The room was clean and nice. The hotel itself was nice. We had a 25 dollar off voucher for the restaurant and a free breakfast. Dinner was eh not too great. Breakfast was better. Service was good a little slow.

The hotel is dingy, run-down, and you can see all the seams. The carpet is frying in every hallway and in my room, there was a stain on the sheets of my bed when I arrived. The street side (or "City" side) is extremely noisy from cars, ambulances, honking, and construction. That's not their fault, but be aware when booking. Just kind of a dingy place for the price.

The air conditioner made an alarm noise through the night imposible for us to rest or sleep. When we called front desk we were told that nobody from maintenance or front desk were in the hotel only the person doing bills and was not able to help with this issue. In the morning when we check out we was told that the only credit available will be parking because we did the booking with Expedia. I will not recommend this hotel poor customer service and in bad condition.

Staff was great. The rooms were a little dated but fine. Looks like it was a Sheridan but aquired by Hilton. Great location! Right on the riverwalk. Restaurant and pool bar on location. I recommend the brussel sprouts. Restaurant staff was great also. However, it did NOT have an airport shuttle as advertised - which was one of the reasons this hotel was selected. But, not a bad trip by Uber. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great location and nice hotel. Vincent was fabulous at check in. He was courteous and helpful. The stay only gad one downfall. Tampa got down to lower 40s and thermostat stopped working about midnight. Room was really chilly and when desk was informed early morning nothing was done to correct it.
