This property was cute. The owner added some little touches that were sweet and appreciated. The sign that welcomed us by name was adorable and the odds and ends supplied in case forgotten at home were thoughtful. However, during our visit there was a bit of a bug problem. Mosquitos, ants, and other floor crawlers made for some discomfort we could not get past. I understand that 'tis the season in Florida for extra bugs and the owner did try to address the issue by spraying outdoors and placing a lit tiki torch at the front door...but my daughter and I each were bitten several times during the first night of our stay. For this reason, we did not stay the second night we paid for, once we returned from our day of adventuring. The owner was very sweet and did what she could the first night to help. It just wasn't enough to keep us from being feasted on as we slept.

This was a perfect place for us to stay in Tampa for our activities planned so we didn't have to travel 40 minutes each day. Everything was clean and space was cozy.

Very Nice!!! Perfect for 1 or 2 people, and for the price was an excellent choice for us. They made great use of the space and provided most everything you might need. Everything in the unit seemed new and it was spotless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Gracious Hospitality

The Host and her son are beautiful people. She responded immediately to all our needs-including a middle of the night message on our drive down. We ran into some delays on our drive causing us an inconvenient arrival time, either a few hour stay in a hotel enroute or drive through and wait a few hours. Not only did the host respond immediately, but accommodated our early arrival <3.
